Audatex in Singapore

Audatex Singapore was officially incorporated on 02 July 2010. The company is led by Ronny Foo, formerly of Automotive Data Services Pty Ltd. He is supported by a team comprising of Vehicle Data Developers, Technical System Support Specialists and Business analysts to deploy the AudaEnterpriseGold Solution. Audatex Singapore is expected to go live as from January 2011.

Audatex brings independence, experience and an open approach that, together, are unique within the claims industry. We work in partnership with customers and supply chain partners to help realize the value within every business relationship. This is achieved through the design, delivery and implementation of workable, integrated solutions proven to simplify and speed-up the claims process.

Audatex Singapore introduces the AudaEnterpriseGold estimating and claims management solution to the Singapore market - a solution widely used and proven in global claims markets. AudaEnterpriseGold speeds workflow and communications and removes unnecessary duplication and cost. It provides operation times and parts data, supplied by the vehicle manufacturers, upon which to build fair, reliable assessments, along with the management information to enable performance to be managed effectively.

19 November 2010

Audatex Singapore participated in the Singapore Centre of Institute of Automotive Engineer Centre (SCIAEA) seminar organised by SCIAEA on 19 November 2010. A total of almost 80 delegates from SCIAEA, insurance companies, automotive damage assessors, non-government automotive organisations and automotive engineering students attended the event. Delegates were shown the Audatex estimating  and claims management solution, AudaEnterpriseGold, plus case studies were used to demonstrate its functionality and benefits.

“This is the first public event that Audatex Singapore has participated in with the automotive related association in Singapore. It was a good opportunity for us to  expose Audatex and its capabilities to the local industry and to showcase our expertise in automotive claim processing solutions, especially the accident repair estimating solution. We look forward to being able to participate in more of such events in the coming future.” Said Ronny Foo, General Manager, Audatex Singapore.

Audatex Singapore participated in “ Presentation to GIA members “ event organised by the General Insurance Association(GIA) of Singapore( on 30th Nov 2010.  This event was organised by GIA to introduce Audatex automated accident repair estimating solutions to its members.  A total of 30 participants from local motor insurance companies attended the presentation.
