AudaInvoice: Repair Claims Settlement Service

AudaInvoice is a rules-based repair claims settlement service which interfaces to AudaEnterpriseGold and is available as part of Global Claims Centre. The system has been designed to streamline the invoicing and payment process between bodyshops and their work providers.

The use of AudaInvoice removes the labour intensive processes traditionally involved in the processing and approval of invoices and provides greater visibility of payments. The system allows users to track the progress of the payment all the way through the invoice process without time-consuming and costly telephone calls to the work provider's engineers or accounts department.

  • Part of Global Claims Centre. AudaInvoice is accessed via GCC's secure, single sign-on interface
  • Streamlined invoice process. Electronic 'request for payment' facility based on final authorised assessment helps speed the payment process
  • Improved control. Facility to search for payments, view payment history and track the progress of a payment through the invoice process.
  • Increased efficiency. Work providers and repairers benefit from automation of time-consuming process and greater transparency
