We are always looking for new ways to improve our service to customers and to share information on our systems and data in a timely manner. With this in mind our Service Desk has processes to ensure customers are kept informed of the progress of investigations on vehicle data enquiries following a call to Service Desk, and for the generation and distribution of Frequently Asked Questions.
