Quantex – The New Subrogation Portal – Has Officially Launched

This month we are thrilled to announce that we have developed and launched our new subrogation portal – Quantex. Why? To tackle widespread industry issues associated with the recovery of subrogated losses on non-fault claims, and it will also address outdated processes, streamlining communication between insurance companies.

We hope to do away with manual processes and the industry’s heavy reliance on post, email and phone calls. These antiquated processes have led to frictional relationships between insurers, needless operational overheads, drawn out settlement periods and unnecessary litigation. And at the end of the day, a negative experience for customers who have to wait ages for updates.

With Quantex, we can address these issues by providing a seamless, digital platform for insurers to talk to and settle claims with one another. Not only will it increase efficiency and transparency, but it will reduce claim lifecycles and provide greater certainty on recoveries and reserving. This is a leading-edge portal that offers a matching platform that automatically matches claims between insurers, including liability and indemnity positions.

Quantex will join our portfolio of data-driven solutions that use secure API integration to cross pollinate. AudaEnterpriseGold, our market-leading repair estimating tool, will be the source of the data flow into the heart of Quantex; to provide added value. The claims processes and procedures we provide work in harmony with one another as each the Uniti solutions fit together to help insurers perform to their full potential in the most streamlined and effective way.

And that’s not all. We have already signed up leading insurance provider LV= as our first customer.

    This is a really great development from a customer's point of view, I am much more comfortable tracking the repair of my car via an online portal when I'm sitting at my desk at work rather than having to phone up and continually get the engaged tone or be put on hold. Enter your response here
