A digital claims management solution suite enables data-driven smart decisions to improve claims workflow and enhance customer experiences, from first notice of loss to settlement.
imageproof™ PRO is a service that provides claims handlers with instant access to high-quality images and video taken by a nationwide network of over 4,500 professionally accredited photographers. The service ensures that visual imagery to support damage claims is provided quickly and efficiently, helping to save valuable time and money during the claims process. This integration with Service Certainty™ into the AudaTarget platform is the first in-solution, collaboration between both organisations, who have been working together to find new ways to streamline the workflow and provide information at the point of need for the claims handler.
