Course objectives

  • Learn how to turn practical bodyshop repair skills into professional comprehensive vehicle damage assessments using Audaenterprisegold
  • Understand how to use all system features and functionality to maximum effect
  • Increase efficiency as a vehicle damage assessor
  • Attain the skills required to achieve Audatex Certification (See Audatex Certification course profile)

Course format

Day One

  • Navigating the system
  • Building a simple assessment
  • Understanding and managing repair times
  • Jigs, wheel alignment and input of miscellaneous costings

Day Two

  • Painting
  • Sending and receiving assessments
  • System admin
  • Manual assessments

COVID-19 Guidlelines

You must maintain the follow during your time on site:

1. Adherence to social distancing of 2 metres or 1 metre with risk mitigation (where 2 metres is not viable) are acceptable.

2. Wear a mask:
a. Masks should be worn at all times when moving through the office and common areas of the building, including when entering and exiting.
b. Once you are in a controlled space, with 6 feet/2 metres of distance on all sides from other Delegates and common areas, masks can be removed at the Delegates & Trainers discretion.

3. Physical Contact guidelines:
a. Delegates must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet/2 metres at all times.
b. Delegates should wash their hands several times a day, for at least 20 seconds, according to official government recommendations.
c. Handshaking between Delegates is prohibited

d. All delegates are instructed to follow proper respiratory hygiene. This means covering of mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing. Then disposing of the used tissue immediately followed by hand washing.

4. Hand sanitiser stations on arrival into classroom.

5. Daily cleaning will be maintained. Trainers will wipe down laptops before, during and after training course.
6. No re-usable sheets of paper & pens.

7. Communication protocol established if a delegate has attended who has tested positive for COVID-19.

8. Review health questionnaire before attending. You will be asked these questions on arrival to site.

9. Reinforce good hygiene practices.

10. Follow Venue Guidelines.

Delegates MUST have basic Microsoft Windows experience and knowledge.
