Audatex ONLINE Training Certification Course

Our training team have developed an ONLINE version of the Audatex Certification Course.

Course objectives

  • Gain or maintain Audatex Certification to demonstrate ability and level of competency as a Vehicle Damage Assessor
  • Achieve the necessary level of competency required to create a comprehensive, methods-driven assessment
  • Recognise the importance of carrying out safe and appropriate assessments using recognised repair methods
  • Understand latest Audaenterprisegold system enhancements, with the intention of refreshing existing skills and taking away a new, more efficient way of working

Course format / Online Training requirements

During the Online Course

During the course, the trainer will guide delegates through the course material. Including a new module on changing materials in vehicle repair with a mix of slides, videos, and discussion, there will be a walkthrough assessment completed, by the group with the trainer will showing features within AudaEnterpriseGold, with an open Q&A throughout.

The online training session will begin at 08.45am and will last approximately 4 hours, depending on the level of discussion and questions raised.

Post Course Activities

On completion of the training session a final test will be completed including a multiple-choice test and an assessment to be completed by the delegates. Both exercises will then be marked, and successful delegates will be provided with a certificate.

Course requirements:

  • A Microsoft Windows PC running Windows 7 or above.
  • Zoom videconferencing client installed (https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting)
  • A PC Headset with Sound, Microphone and a Webcam – If you do not have a pc headset you can join via phone, providing you have a handsfree kit.
  • A notepad and pen to allow you to write down key information shared by the trainer.
  • Access to Audaenterprisegold – Minimum Software version 4.2
  • A highspeed Internet connection – Minimum Speed 20MB Download, 8 MB Upload, Ping <100MS.

If you wish to check your speed you can use a search engine query to look for “Internet Speed Test” to find online services to provide you with this information.

This is intended as a guideline specification.

A lower spec of machine and lesser network connection may still work, but you may not receive the same training experience as a machine operating on or above the minimum specification.

Who should attend

This course is recommended for all Audatex users in order to keep abreast of system enhancements and re-cap on existing skills, in order to successfully qualify for an annual Audatex Certificate. Delegates who have successfully completed Audaenterprisegold Basic or Intermediate training

Delegates MUST have basic Microsoft Windows experience and knowledge and completed the Basic training course
