Marc Mercer UK FP&A Director

Marc has been with Audatex for almost 4 years and takes a very hands-on approach at Audatex as the UK FP&A Director.
In his current role, Marc is focused on delivering innovative solutions to optimise performance and drive business efficiency across all Solera UK entities. Marc holds responsibility for budgeting and the 3-year plan across the core business as well as providing strategic decision support for the Senior Management Team.
EMEA 1: UK, South Africa, Africa, Germany, Switzerland, Austria (GSA) and CEE
David’s mission is to achieve operational excellence in every area, through building on the already-strong relationships, solutions and service levels that Solera | Audatex offers in these markets. David also focuses on spearheading future enhancements and innovation to Audatex’s digital solutions portfolio, ensuring its customers continue to receive the best possible service.
In January 2019 David’s UKA mission at Solera was extended to include GSA and CEE, to lead the region through their digital transformation. Germany is one of the key markets and the engine room of Solera EMEA. It is also the second largest market for Solera, following the UK.
With over 25 years’ experience in the insurance claims and crash repair sector, David is a well-known and influential figure in the industry.
David joined Audatex in 2008 and has had various missions from Global Account and Programme Manager, to Managing Director and Regional Managing Director positions.
Arek is the People Operations Director covering UK & Africa he looks after our most important asset: our associates. Our uncommon culture and guiding principles drive everything we do as an organisation and Arek is responsible for delivering and living the Solera Way.
Arek joined Solera in 2012 and brought with him a wealth of experience, he also holds two master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Management and Business Administration. He provides strategic input to execute people agenda in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
At Audatex Elliot is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and future definition of our solutions. Elliot ensures we are delivering the latest technologies and innovations to improve efficiencies across the board, solving the problems that our customers and our customers, customers face on a daily basis.
Elliot holds over ten years’ worth of experience in product management. He started his career as Head of Exchange Products for a leading consultancy and subsequently joined Solera in July 2014.
Annette brings with her over 25 years of experience in B2B marketing and has an extensive international background in the technology sector delivering multiple, integrated programmes including demand generation, digital marketing, multimedia and customer-focused events.
Annette’s mission at Audatex is to support the commercial team to achieve our 2020 mission and ensure we are delivering on our promise to, Do it right. Do it better. Do it different.

Stewart has been with Audatex for almost 20 years, joining in 1998 as Sales Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Stewart has an unrivalled knowledge of our industry.
As Head of Crash Repair since 2007, Stewart’s team’s ultimate aim is to consistently deliver the best possible service and support to all Audatex’bodyshop customers. Stewart also heads up the training team and ensures we are constantly developing and delivering a comprehensive range of training courses across Audatex systems to support damage assessment best practice and drive efficiencies across the board.
As Sales Director, Neil and his team support and provide our latest award-winning software solutions to the Motor Insurance and wider automotive claims/repair market.
Joining Solera in 2012 Neil has built a strong team to support the industry helping customers automate their business processes and improve efficiency across the claims process.
Nicola’s role as Operations Director is certainly varied. On a daily basis Nicola has a hand in virtually every aspect of business here at Audatex. Nicola’s teams are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure we provide essential, efficient support.
Nicola holds over 15 years’ experience at Audatex, joining the team in February 2002 as a Service Desk Manager. Nicola’s wealth of knowledge and experience means she has grown as to be an invaluable member of the Audatex team.
